What an amazing experience! Can I just say I am in LOVE with photographing births! It is so amazing to document a little one coming into this world. I am simply blown away by how the female body is created and designed to birth a baby! Truly a miracle to witness. I have to say I was also very impressed with the staff at the New Birth Company, they made a very relaxing, nourishing and supportive place to birth. I am so glad we have such an amazing birth center in Kansas City!

Below is my first birth I photographed at the New Birth Company! For this particular birth I wasn’t able to photograph the babies entrance into the world but was able to capture some labor shots and then do some portraits when he was just a couple hours old! The parents were our contest winners! Congrats Jeff and Nicole! It was an absolute please to photograph this beautiful event in your lives.
