E is for Elizabeth

If you have been following this blog for a while you may remember Allie and Trevor, I photographed their wedding in 2006 and they just welcomed their new arrival on December 20th, 2009. Elizabeth is such an adorable little baby, I just couldn't get enough of her cheeks! Congratulations Allie and Trevor!

I love photographing newborn babies, the best time to catch the newborn stage is in the first week so try and plan ahead. We know this is easier said than done since there really is no way to know when the little one will actually arrive, contact Portraits By Lucinda and let them know when your due date is and you can tentatively schedule it. This way you make sure you capture this adorable stage that stays for such a short amount of time.

W is for Wyatt

For those of you who know me will understand why the following shoot was so perfect! I have to say I absolutely adore kids but newborns, well they melt my heart. I love capturing life at the beginning when they are so small. It is also amazing to be around new parents there is such a joy that fills the room and I love capturing those precious moments for them.

Little Wyatt is 7hrs old in some of these and then the rest 5 days old. So precious. If you like to see the rest go to Baby Wyatt.

Baby Sebastian - 3 weeks old

Oh my favorite! I got to photograph a new little baby. Sebastian is such a good baby, he didn't cry once during the shoot! I love photographing a new life, they are so sweet and precious. I photographed Sebastian's 3 other siblings last fall, they are just the cutest kids! I look forward to photographing all 4 together. If you would like to see the full slideshow go to Baby Sebastian. Kid Photo Shoot at Loose Park

Aren't these such cute kids! The little one has such blue eyes, I had so much fun capturing those big blues. His brothers were great too - they had such long eyelashes, they would make any girl jealous, haha. I photographed them at Loose Park in Kansas City, Mo. It is such a beautiful park! Stella Blu (Newborn Portraits at the Hospital)

I was lucky enough to get the chance to photograph yet another newborn at the hospital! She is just precious. I absolutely love her name too... Stella Blu Antoinette.
