First of all I have to say how much I have enjoyed getting to know Casey and Joel throughout the wedding process. They are just the sweetest couple, it was a true joy to get to know them. Their big day was July 31st, 2010 and they could not have seemed happier. The day went so smooth and it was beautiful. The ceremony was at St. John’s United Methodist on Ward Parkway, it has to be the prettiest church in Kansas City. I love the simplicity and for once a church without crazy carpet. The Reception was at Clubhouse on Baltimore and it had such charm. One thing that I thought was adorable was Casey invited her first grade students, they were so excited to see their teacher as a bride! Below is a picture of all of the kids who came, you can see the excitement on their faces. I hope one day when I have kids they will have a teacher like Casey.

Oh my goodness, isn’t Evely just the cutest! She was born on July 31st, a week early from her scheduled due date. You may recognize her Mom and Dad from the previous post when she was till in her mommies belly. I absolutely love photographing several events in a families life, gives me such chance to really get to know them. I am so excited to photograph the first 2 years of precious Evely’s life!!
