I had such a great time photographing Josh and Rachel’s wedding, it’s always a joy to watch a good friend get married. Josh and I went to high school together at Shawnee Mission South and we were in the same photography class almost all 4 years. It was really neat to see my journey in photography come full circle. Photographing his wedding reminded me of my early days in photography and made me so happy knowing I had followed my dream and now had my own business doing photography full time.

Ted and Deepa’s wedding was so special to photograph, it was sweet to see the love between the two of them that day. They were so happy it was finally their day.

Their wedding had several special touches to it that made their own. I loved how all the women in Deepa’s family were wearing their traditional sari’s. They added so much fun color to the day and the photos. Most of all the food was absolutely amazing!! Korma Sutra in Overland Park catered her wedding and they did a fabulous job. I have been addicted to Indian food ever since. Such great flavor and spice.
