Calling all CHOCOLATE LOVERS!

For anyone who had not tried Christopher Elbow Chocolates, they must! His store is in downtown Kansas City, he also sells his chocolates through a few retailers. I can't even begin to explain how good they are! He has found an amazing way of combining chocolate and art, they are so pretty I sometimes feel guilty eating them. So if you haven't tried them GO GET SOME!

CJ and Summer Engagement Portraits

A few weeks ago I did CJ and Summer's engagement portraits, what a fun couple they were! I had so much fun on the shoot. We went downtown Kansas City, Mo and used a ton of the cool old buildings down there. We also went on top of the Liberty Memorial - suprisingly the only WW1 memorial made! They are a great couple to photograph can you believe Summer's eyes - just gorgeous! Anyway slideshow below check it out and leave me some comments :)!

Visit To The Hope Center Neighborhood!

Last week I went to go visit some kids that I teach at the The Hope Center. It is really fun to walk through their neighborhood and see where they live, meet their friends, family and just get a chance to hang out with them. These are such amazing kids and they are a big blessing in my life! It was so fun to take my camera down there, I abosolutely love photographing children!

Updated Website! (FINALLY)

Well after many hours in flash I have updated a bunch of stuff on my main website. www.portraitsbylucinda.com I have added new images to all the galleries and even added a new gallery so go check it out! There are still a few bugs I am working out in it but go take a peak at all my hard work :)
