I love it when Mom's find really fun outfits for shoots. This Mom is really into the vintage style clothing so she decided it would be fun to go for that look. It's always fun to be given something different to photograph.
I ended up doing a search for vintage clothing and came up with this website

Baby Charlotte - 1 week old

This has to be by far one of my favorite shoots I have done! My Fiance's sister had a little baby girl, Charlotte, in December. For those of you who know me understand why I am absolutely thrilled! I adore babies and one of my favorite things is to just sit and hold them. They are so precious. Now I am finally an Aunt and get to spoil her rotten! It's so exciting. Her mom, Faith is really into photography too so we just had a blast doing this shoot. We literally spent all afternoon taking pictures. I hope you enjoy some highlights of the day. Harriman Kids

These two were so much fun! The boy had such a great time with getting his photo taken he was always giving me new ideas for poses. I think he has a future in modeling :) It's always fun to get a kid that enjoys it. His little sister who was a little more hesitant of getting her photo taken was quite adorable too. She had so many fun expressions. Both of these kids photograph beautifully. We did their shoot at the Nelson Atkins Museum of Art and the fall leaves were beautiful! For anyone wanting to get fall pictures this time was the best. The ground was a sea of yellow leaves. So much fun to work with. Thanks Harriman Family I had a great time!! Ryan + Natalia

Wow I am so far behind. I have been so busy finishing up wedding season and photographing tons of families for their holiday cards! I love my job it's so much fun. I really enjoy meeting so many different people. Oh and did I mention that I have been extra busy b/c I got ENGAGED October 3rd?? Yeah I am so excited. A couple weeks ago I met with Ryan and Natalia to photograph their engagement session. We went to Antioch park to catch some of the beautiful fall leaves then headed downtown Kansas City to finish up the shoot. They were so great to work with! I am sure they were making fun of me the whole shoot b/c I just couldn't get over how blue their eyes were! I will be photographing their wedding in October of 2009. Their wedding is going to be held at St. John's United Methodist Church and their reception at The Hilton President. Such beautiful locations.

Baby Sebastian - 3 weeks old

Oh my favorite! I got to photograph a new little baby. Sebastian is such a good baby, he didn't cry once during the shoot! I love photographing a new life, they are so sweet and precious. I photographed Sebastian's 3 other siblings last fall, they are just the cutest kids! I look forward to photographing all 4 together. If you would like to see the full slideshow go to Baby Sebastian.
